I worked with Beryl for many years on maternity, day and night. You knew that you could rely on her and she was always 'tuttied up'. How she managed to indiscreetly keep the lipstick on all night and still look as fresh the morning after, I will never know. She made me laugh and always had a good word to say about people. When she came to my 40th I did have a giggle because she was dressed as a school girl, pigtails and freckles! and Tom was a vicar - what a pair!!! I hope the pain has stopped now Beryl and your at peace. A true lady who will be very sadly missed - love Joanne (Mottley) x
